We will ship your order (if available) within 2-4 business days after receipt. Please allow more time during trade show seasons. Each item is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped via UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service. Acacia Creations is not responsible for delays caused by weather or the shipping service used.

If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please contact Customer Service. We cannot credit for orders not received after 21 days if we have shipped and tracking information shows delivery has been made. Please consider the security of your delivery location and the ship method you select when placing your order. Please provide an email address at the time of order to receive an email tracking notification. Neither Acacia Creations nor our third party shipping companies can be responsible for stolen packages.

We accept returns for damaged products if notified within 5 days of receipt of your delivery. Please contact us to request a credit or replacement.



For all other returns, merchandise must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box. Items that are abused, broken, used, washed or damaged may not be returned. Your form of payment will be credited for the price of item less the shipping unless the product is determined defective. Your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.

Acacia Creations is happy to offer drop shipping services to our wholesale customers.  A $5.00 charge will applied to each order in addition to standard shipping+handling charges.  Please notify us by email of any special print material or other instructions.  For international drop ship orders, items must be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex.  We cannot ship international orders using the United States Postal Service at this time.
